Victoria Park runs north of Las Olas Boulevard and east of Federal Highway. It is one of the few genuinely walkable residential neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale, which is why it holds a premium.
The housing stock is mixed by design and by history: original cottages, mid-century houses, and newer infill builds sit on the same street. That range means the price band is wide, and that comparables have to be chosen carefully rather than pulled by radius.
