Using this site
This website is run by Isabelle Gainey, a licensed real estate agent affiliated with Compass Florida, LLC d/b/a Compass. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information, not advice
Everything on this site is for general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, lending or insurance advice, and it is not an offer. Rules, fees and figures (including short-term rental rules and neighborhood statistics) change; check them with the relevant authority before relying on them. Accounts

Emails and texts
Alert emails can be changed or stopped from the links in every email. Texts are sent only if you agreed to them on a form, and you can stop them by replying STOP. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect.
Photos and content
The writing and design of this site belong to Isabelle Gainey. Photographs are credited where they appear and belong to their photographers. Listing photos belong to their owners and are shown under the MLS's rules.
Links to other sites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Isabelle Gainey and Compass are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
